Founder & Director
Greg started his business career at the age of 20. After many years of hard work and determination he became a director and shareholder of the largest spa company in Australia. He excelled in his role as Director of Sales and Marketing, before selling his shareholding and leaving the company to pursue a full-time career in property.
Greg was involved in developing duel occupancy sites and building townhouses in Melbourne’s inner east, which fuelled his passion for property and set the foundations for his future. In 2000, Greg established Sphere Group a specialist property development company, of which he remains a current director.
Greg then went on to also found Sphere Group with his vast industry knowledge of the first-home buyers, market. His strengths lie in identifying opportunities, negotiating land purchases and overall project management. With his expert sales and marketing background, Greg leads the marketing of house and land packages at Sphere.
Greg is focused and extremely personable with excellent people skills. He is an exceptional problem solver and has the ability to identify and address issues before they arise.
Founder & Director
Tony started his career in the family business, a company specialising in residential land subdivision. After learning all aspects of the business, Tony worked his way up to become Managing Director and ran the company for 12 years. Tony then went on to become General Manager of Sales and Acquisitions at Creation Homes, a subsidiary of Metro Property Group.
Respected by his peers, Tony has strong relationships across all sectors of the property industry. Tony also has considerable sales and marketing experience and a proven track record with a focus on results. The culmination of Tony’s hard work, drive and determination saw him establish 360 Built, now a highly respected and leading construction company.
Tony then went on to also found Sphere Group with his in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of the building and construction industry. His vast understanding of each stage of the development process from design to construction, makes his skill set a real asset for the turn-key homes developed by Sphere.
Tony is a born leader with a real passion for property. He has the ability to identify, secure, and complete complicated land and development deals, delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
